Established in 1986 as a design & manufacturing company, we have since evolved into a property investment & development business, with residential and commercial investments located across the UK.

Since 2015, the company has been led by a second-generation management team with professional experience gained working with large institutional firms including EY, CBRE, JLL, AXA Investment Managers and Intermediate Capital Group plc to name a few.

We leverage the skills gained through running our own businesses and building our own property investment and development portfolio, to offer our clients an unfair advantage for their property projects.

The story behind BTS Group is interesting, and filled with twists and turns. Our long-term goal was always to build wealth through property, but to generate initial cashflow, we thought it would make sense to build a trading company. My brother and I decided to quit our well-paid jobs, and put everything we had into building a small manufacturing business under the same name as our father's old business. In a way, we wanted to preserve and build on the reputation he had worked so hard to build. We grew that business to £5m annual turnover within 3 years, and traded over £15m supplying high-street retailers across the UK and UAE. In 2020, mid-pandemic, the government told us we were not allowed to open - and clients were cancelling orders left, right and centre. We knew then that we had to restrategise, and decided to pivot the business, choosing to instead focus on property investment and development - a move which utlimately worked out well for us.
